Butterfinger Balls
Ingredients:

1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
Instructions:

Prepare the Mixture:

In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, crushed Butterfinger candy bars, graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
Form the Balls:

Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
Melt the Chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable shortening. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Coat the Balls:

Using a fork, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate to coat thoroughly. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off before returning the balls to the parchment paper.
Set the Coating:

Chill the coated balls in the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
Serve:

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
