2-3 teaspoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken:
Soak chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Prepare the coating:
Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
Make the sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar until well combined. Set aside.
Cook the chicken:
