Ingredients:

Crust:
• 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
• 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream
Whipped Cream:
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
For Garnish:
• Chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare Crust: Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press into bottom of trifle dish or glasses. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
2️⃣ Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add cocoa, vanilla, and Baileys Irish Cream. Beat until combined.
3️⃣ Make Whipped Cream: Beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and Baileys until stiff peaks form.
4️⃣ Assemble: Layer half of the crust, followed by half of the cheesecake filling, and then half of the whipped cream. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
