Ingredients:
1 can apple pie filling, mashed
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup self-rising flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 medium apple, chopped

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yellow cake mix, self-rising flour, and cinnamon.
Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in the slightly beaten eggs and mashed apple pie filling until well combined.
Fold in Apples: Gently fold in the chopped apple pieces.
Pour Batter into Pans: Pour the batter evenly into two greased loaf pans.
Topping: Sprinkle a mixture of sugar and cinnamon on top of the batter.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve: Allow the bread to cool in the pans for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
