Apple Cinnamon Bread
Ingredients :

1 cup sugar

½ cup butter

2 large eggs

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground cloves

2 apples – peeled, cored and chopped

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8×4-inch loaf pan.

Beat sugar and butter together in a large bowl with an electric beater until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs.

Sift flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cloves together in a separate bowl; mix into butter mixture until moistened. Fold in apples. Transfer batter to prepared loaf pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hour. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
