For the Topping

  • 1 cup crushed butter crackers (like Ritz)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Noodles:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to boil
    • Cook egg noodles according to package directions
    • Drain and set aside
  3. Prepare the Meat Mixture:
