Amazing Forgotten Chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large greased baking dish, spread the uncooked rice evenly across the bottom.
Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice.
In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and water until smooth. Pour the mixture over the chicken and rice.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the top.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Do not remove the foil during baking.
Serve hot, letting the chicken and rice absorb the flavors.
