Alfredo Meatballs

Creamy Chicken Alfredo Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground chicken
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp minced garlic
3 cups heavy cream
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix ground chicken, bread crumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
Form mixture into balls and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Simmer until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese.
Add meatballs to sauce and coat well. Serve over pasta, rice, or with veggies.
