Wake up to a warm, hearty, and delicious breakfast with this Crock Pot Breakfast Scramble! Perfect for busy mornings, meal prep, or feeding a crowd, this dish is packed with eggs, cheese, potatoes, and savory breakfast meats. Just toss everything in the slow cooker and let it do the work!

Ingredients:

1 (26 oz) bag frozen hash browns

1 lb breakfast sausage or bacon (cooked & crumbled)

1 small onion, diced

1 bell pepper, diced (optional)

12 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

 

🔥 How to Make It:

1️⃣ Grease your slow cooker with non-stick spray.

2️⃣ In the crockpot, layer half the hash browns, half the meat, half the onion, bell pepper, and 1 cup cheese. Repeat the layers.

3️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour evenly over the layers.

4️⃣ Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until eggs are set.

5️⃣ Stir gently, serve hot, and enjoy this cheesy, protein-packed breakfast!
