Sprinkle additional cinnamon-sugar over the tops.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy, rotating the pan halfway through.

While roll-ups are baking, combine 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and a pinch of cinnamon.
When roll-ups come out of the oven, brush them with the honey glaze while still hot.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
Drizzle with additional honey
Dust with powdered sugar
Serve alongside fresh fruit
Storage:
Best enjoyed fresh and warm. Can be stored in an airtight container for 2 days. Reheat in the oven for 2-3 minutes to restore crispiness.
Tips:
Make sure tortillas are room temperature for easier rolling
Don’t overfill, as the filling may leak during baking
Use soft, fresh tortillas to prevent cracking
For extra decadence, add a thin layer of cream cheese before rolling
