2 pounds ground beef
1 pound bacon, chopped
1 large onion, diced
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Cheese Mixture

15 oz ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup grated Parmesan
1 egg
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Additional Layers

12 lasagna noodles
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup marinara sauce
Additional 1 cup Parmesan for topping

Instructions
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions
Cook bacon until crispy, set aside

Meat Mixture

In large skillet:

Brown ground beef
Add diced onion and garlic
Cook until onions are translucent

Stir in:

Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Crumbled bacon

Drain excess fat

Cheese Mixture

In mixing bowl, combine:

Ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella
1 cup Parmesan
Egg
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Black pepper

Assembly

In 9×13 baking dish, layer:

Thin layer of marinara sauce
4 lasagna noodles
1/3 meat mixture
1/3 cheese mixture
Sprinkle of cheddar
Diced tomatoes

Repeat layers twice
Top with:

Remaining Parmesan
Any leftover cheddar

Baking

Cover with foil
Bake 25 minutes
Remove foil
Bake additional 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden
Let rest 15 minutes before serving
