Whipped Chocolate Cheesecake Parfaits

Ingredients:

1 cup crushed chocolate cookies (such as Oreos)
2 tablespoons melted butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Fresh berries (for garnish)
Directions:

In a small bowl, combine the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Divide the mixture evenly between four serving glasses to create the base layer.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Add the cocoa powder to the mixture and gently fold until fully incorporated, creating a smooth chocolate cheesecake layer.
Spoon the chocolate cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust in the serving glasses.
Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 2 hours to allow them to set.
Before serving, garnish each parfait with chocolate shavings and fresh berries.
