Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or steak strips 🍖
1 green bell pepper, diced 🌶️
1 onion, diced 🧅
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
8 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀
1 cup shredded provolone cheese 🧀
12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni recommended) 🍝
1 cup beef broth 🍲
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
1 tbsp olive oil 🌿

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add diced bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
3️⃣ Cook Meat: Add ground beef or steak strips to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
4️⃣ Combine Ingredients: Stir in cream cheese and beef broth until creamy. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
5️⃣ Top with Cheese: Sprinkle provolone cheese on top. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
